The Northern Neck Baptist Association, Inc. and its Commissions will sponsor an Advocacy/Tutorial -Empowerment Program beginning January 21, 2021 from 4 PM to 7 PM at Morning Star Baptist Churchlocated at 849 Beans RD in Heathsville, VA and Beulah Baptist Church located at 4448 Mary Ball RD in Lively,VA. The Program will provide in-person tutoring, meals, and advocacy skills for the parents/guardians.
